Part 2- Academic Standards
Student-athletes must adhere to all academic requirements (work & assessment completion, Flex sessions, etc.) specified by FX administration, Academy Directors, and/or staff. Academic progress is monitored by the Grade Coordinator, School Counsellor, Grad Coach and other school support staff. If at any time, the Grade Coordinator receives academic information that a student-athlete is not meeting his or her responsibilities (examples include but are not limited to; academic performance warnings, failing grades, missing assessments, lack of attendance in courses) the Grade Coordinator will determine if academy privileges will be restricted, suspended, or terminated.
I understand that if I am not on track towards graduation, I will become automatically ineligible to participate in academy until deemed within acceptable academic standing by the Grade Coordinator.

Participation in training and instruction is an educational process that requires collaboration between athletics staff and student-athletes. Collaboration is intended to minimize the inherent risks associated with intense physical activities that can also be mentally and emotionally challenging.
I understand that I must report to my Academy Director, instructors, coach/staff, or an athletics trainer for any change in my physical, mental, or emotional well-being that may affect my ability to participate safely.
I am committed to completing all conditioning activities and practice sessions that I am asked to perform to prepare me for the physical, mental, and emotional stress associated with my Sport Academy unless I have documented limitations.
I will refrain from using any vapes, drugs, or any other contraband at school.
I will follow the guidelines given to me by my Academy Director, instructors, coaches/staff, and athletic trainers.
